Our services operate on a commission-based model. Specifically, we receive a percentage of your property's total monthly revenue. At the end of each month, we issue an invoice, which can be settled within five business days.
Alternatively, if you prefer us to manage the payments, we deduct the agreed percentage and transfer the remaining amount to you. We are here to help you find the ideal management solution that best suits your needs.
DO YOU PROVIDE LINENS?
Yes! During the initial preparation of your property, we will need pillows, duvets, and complete sets of linens. We collaborate with top suppliers in the market to ensure that your guests enjoy exceptional quality and comfort.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A GUEST DAMAGES THE PROPERTY?
No need to worry — we take care of everything immediately! Our partners handle all minor repairs, while in the case of more serious damage, we promptly initiate all necessary procedures. Additionally, we manage communication with the platform if needed. So far, it has never been necessary!
